Steph & Tucker hired us to photograph their wedding ceremony at Minnewanka Lake in Banff. As Banff Wedding Photographers, we know the location very well, and we knew it is going to be an excellent experience for all of us. Minnewanka Lake in Banff National Park is one of the most popular and spectacular place for elopements and engagement photos. We shot there regularly, and we enjoy it every time.

It was a scorching and sunny day. Perhaps, the hottest day in June. Blue sky, full sun and amazingly turquoise lake created beautiful scenery.

We turned on our documentary mode about an hour before the ceremony to capture all candid moments and warm up a little before the Bride’s arrival.

The ceremony was beautiful, full of real emotions and tears of happiness. Exchanging the vows by these two, on the edge of the lake, surrounded by family and friends, was an unforgettable experience for us.

After the official ceremony, we performed a short family session, and then we walked to a different spot for wedding portraits with our newlyweds.
