Mason and Cole drove from British Columbia to Banff National Park to celebrate their love in the stunning Canadian Rockies. This unique elopement photo session at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise took place on October 9th, right before the road closure. Every year the road to Moraine Lake closes before Canadian Thanksgiving.

We were blessed that day, having a chance to photograph such a lovely couple during the majestic sunrise. Waking up at 2 am that morning was worth it as we could admire the variety of colours in the sky and perfect backlighting.

It is no secret that Moraine Lake is one of the best locations for photo sessions, and we must admit it is beyond stunning. As Banff Wedding Photographers, we adore Moraine Lake – the turquoise colour of the lake, tremendous mountains and unique vibe out there.
We ended Mason and Cole’s photo session at Lake Louise, approximately 10 miles away from Moraine Lake. Together, we chose Lake Louise as a second location for their photoshoot, where we took amazing photos!

Thank you, Mason and Cole, for such a great morning we had a chance to spend together and for your fantastic review!

Review from Mason and Cole:

“My husband and I chose to elope in early October and we chose 4Eyes Photography to be our photographers. Our experience with Eliza and Lukas was nothing short of exceptional, they knew the perfect spots for photos at the locations we chose! It was wonderful to have two great, down to earth people to join us on our special day to take our pictures, great conversations and lots of laughs were to be had; which made “posing” come so natural. Our pictures turned out amazing, we seriously could not have been more happy with the outcome. 10/10 recommend 4Eyes Photography to anybody!”
