We had a pleasure to meet Alicia & Emily and their little, cute puppy a few months back while shooting their engagement session at Barrier Lake in Kananaskis Country. After an hour we have spent together we knew that the upcoming ceremony will be awesome.
Alicia & Emily chose early August for their intimate Calgary wedding at heritage Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant which is located in Fish Creek Park. It was a beautiful and warm day, just perfect for the summer outdoor ceremony.
We started that day with documenting “getting ready time” – the time when we have a chance to capture all the energy associated with getting married very soon. It is also a great moment to keep in the frame all the details that were carefully chosen – to make sure that the wedding day will be just perfect.
The ceremony was set up in the garden with beautiful flowers and well-maintained lawn. Alicia’s and Emily’s Big Day was one of the most touching ceremonies we have ever been to and we will definitely remember it for a long time. As Calgary Wedding Photographers we are happy that we had a chance to photograph all the special moments that day.
